1. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are required for all grooming services.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hoursā notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50%Ā
2. Health & Vaccinations
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Proof may be required.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioral issues before grooming.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that appears sick, injured, or overly aggressive.
3. Grooming Process & Safety
Your petās safety and comfort are our top priority. We use humane handling techniques at all times.
If your dog becomes overly stressed, aggressive, or unsafe to handle, we may stop the grooming process. Full or partial payment may still apply.
We do not sedate pets. If sedation is necessary, please consult your veterinarian before booking.
Occasionally, grooming may uncover hidden skin conditions, matting, parasites, or health concerns. We will notify you if any are found.
4. Matted Coats
Severely matted coats can cause pain and skin irritation. In such cases, we may need to clip short or shave the coat for the dogās wellbeing.
Posh Paws is not responsible for any pre-existing skin conditions or irritation that may appear after de-matting or shaving.
5. Parasites
Dogs with fleas or ticks will be treated immediately, and an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Owners are encouraged to keep pets on a regular flea and tick prevention program.
6. Accidents & Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your petās safety, accidents can occasionally happen (such as nicks, scratches, or allergic reactions).
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic.
By using our services, you authorize Posh Paws to seek veterinary care for your pet if needed, at your expense.
7. Photography & Marketing
We may take photos of pets before and after grooming for our social media and marketing materials.
Please let us know if you do not consent to your petās photos being used.
8. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods: Card, cash, bank transfer.
Prices are subject to change with notice.
9. Customer Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your dogās groom, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
Adjustments after this time may incur additional charges.
10. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Posh Paws Dog Grooming, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
